Choosing One Moment--Time Travel
When Mystery of the Black cross appears on Dana and Sarah’s door, they find themselves face to face with danger. In this puzzling mystery, whenever a black cross is found, arson and murder rapidly follow. The story opens at Dr. Burnside’s office where Sarah is having laser surgery. The nurse, whom Sarah intensely dislikes, ends up murdered, and they are questioned by police officer, Roger Martineli, who apparently believes that they are connected with this death and others in the community. The crosses might have some link with their neighbors, the retiring Tim and his aggressive wife Elsa, or with the doctor himself. The two set out on an exciting investigation that takes them to a W.W. II prisoner of war camp, and what they find there sinks them into even deeper jeopardy. The reason behind the black cross is uncovered in a fast-paced, breathtaking ending.

Trouble seems to follow these two around. A suspicious detective, Roger Martineli, is sent to watch over the pair, who find themselves suspects in the death of the receptionist. When Dana and Sarah find a black cross painted on the door of their rented house as a warning, arson soon follows. The two invesigate an anarchist organization called the ABC and a dark part of history. They must unranvel the connection between this group and the recent incidences of arson and murder before disaster strikes again. There are plenty of suspects and you'll be kept guessing until the end.
